Festive Spends Offer - Terms and Conditions
Offer cashback and spends details:
Flat Rs. 800 cashback on cumulative net spends of Rs.12,000 on your Kotak Credit card.
Offer Period:
Enrolment period: From 1st October 2025 to 31st October 2025
Offer period for achieving net milestone spends- within 30 days post enrollment date (includes the date on which enrolment is done).

Kotak logo Step 1: Enroll for the Offer
Click on the link provided in the official communication (via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other digital channels) to enroll. Enrollment is mandatory to be eligible for the offer.
Kotak logo Step 2: Achieve the Spend Milestone
Make net purchases/spends on the qualifying spends category on your credit card within 30 days from the date of enrollment. Only net spends (i.e., total spends minus any refunds or reversals) made after enrollment will be considered. {Refer point no. 8 below for qualifying spends category
Kotak logo Step 3: Earn Cashback
If your net spends exceed the threshold mentioned in the communication, you will receive a flat cashback as specified in the offer communication (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other digital channels).
Note: Customer can claim the offer only once during the offer period.
Other Terms and Conditions:
1. The Offer is valid only for select Credit Card customers (“Customer/Cardholder/Card member”) of Kotak Mahindra Bank (“Bank”) who have received the invitation to participate in the offer via Email/SMS/WhatsApp or through any other communication from Kotak Mahindra Bank during the offer period.
2. This offer is valid for those customers who has enrolled for the cashback by clicking on enrollment link provided in the offer communication during the offer period mentioned above. Enrollment should be done through the bank registered mobile number. Consent given before or after the offer period mentioned above will not be considered valid. Consent through unregistered mobile number will not be considered.
3. Incase a customer has enrolled multiple times for this offer only the first enrollment date shall be considered for this offer provided enrollment is done within the offer period mentioned above.
4. The bank reserves the right to provide the offer to any of its customers at its sole discretion.
5. Customer is eligible for the offer only once during the offer period. Incase customer holds multiple credit card total spends on all the cards will be clubbed together for checking actual net spends for this offer.
6. No two or more offer can be clubbed along with this offer. Incase customer has availed any other offer (cashback / instant discount / tactical rewards/miles/white pass offers) such spends shall be excluded while calculating net spends for this offer.
7. The date of the transaction will be considered based on the transaction date submitted by the Merchant Establishment/Association (i.e. Visa/MasterCard/Rupay). The Bank will not be responsible if Merchant Establishment submits the transaction date as different from the actual date when transaction was done.
8. Qualifying spends/transactions for this offer will exclude - All EMIs pertaining to Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card, Loans on credit cards, Balance Transfer transactions, cash transactions, spends on Rent (6513), Education fee on Third party (8211,8220,8241,8244,8249, 8299), Insurance transactions (MCC 6300, 6381, 5960, 6399), Wallet transaction (MCC 6540), Utility & Telecommunication Transaction (MCC 4814, 4899, 4900), Online skill gaming (5816) and Government services transaction (MCC 9222, 9223, 9311, 9399, 9402, 9405).
9. All eligible transactions apart from the above will be only considered subject to successful merchant settlement of transactions until the end of offer period.
10. Any unsettled transaction until the end of the offer period/month, the transactions which are reversed, cancelled or are raised as disputes will not be considered eligible transactions/spends for the offer.
11. Cashback will be credited to Cardholders account within 60 days post the end date of offer period for achieving net milestone spends. The cardholder account based on which the Card member is receiving the offer notification should be in open or active status as on the offer fulfilment date. Cardholder whose credit card account is closed at the time of fulfilment, will not be eligible for the offer.
12. The transactions done using the add-on credit card will also be considered as transaction done on primary credit card and will be eligible for the offer.
13. If a customer holds multiple Kotak Credit Cards, net spends will be aggregated at CRN level (net spends on all cards under one CRN shall be aggregated) to check milestone spends qualification. Cashback shall be credited only on one active credit card account.
14. The offer is not valid on Corporate and B2B Credit Cards.
15. Cardholders will be eligible for the offer only if retail card (excluding corporate and B2B) is in active status and continues to be in good standing and at least minimum amount due payment continues to reach the Bank on or before the due date. Cardholders who are classified as delinquent will not be eligible for the Offer.
16. The Offer is non-transferable, non-cashable and non –negotiable and cannot be clubbed with any other offer provided by the Bank.
17. Participation in the Offer is voluntary.
18. No promo code is needed to avail the Offer.
19. Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the Card member and/or billed to the account of the Card member.
20. Any person availing the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and the general terms and conditions of the Bank.
21. Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Offer by another offer whether similar to this Offer or not or to extend or withdraw this Offer altogether. The decision of the Bank would be considered final for eligibility of the Offer to the qualified Card members. The Bank shall not entertain any dispute or communication in this regard. The Card members agrees that no claims pertaining to the qualification shall be raised against the Bank.
22. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is observed for the purpose of availing the benefits of the Offer.
23. The terms of the above Offer shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms and conditions contained in the Cardholder Agreement.
24. The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer is final and shall be binding on all persons. Customer can reach out to bank for seeking any details regarding this offer upto 90 days from the end of offer date.
25. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
